Wine. A world where everything is new.
JUCLAS was established in 1990 based on an idea of the owners of Enologica Vason, a company which is always searching for the best to offer its customers; it arose out of the need to find important and safe plant solutions to the problems involving the food and in particular the wine-making industries. JUCLAS is a young company, with a sizeable R&D department thanks to which the company designs and creates innovative technologies, with special attention given to those aspects related to qualitative improvement, energy saving and respect for the environment.
JUCLAS has recently invested in human resources as a means of expanding its
possibility of satisfying its customers who are increasingly more attentive to the quality of the services we offer. We have achieved this by adopting an organizational approach and model which is much more flexible and effective, thanks to a group of professionals who pool their individual creativity in order to obtain the best results.
Our company consists of a technical office which works in strict collaboration with Research and Development, making the most of upgraded design systems to construct pilot plants representative of the technical ideas that have to be tested in an experimental stage; a manufacturing department, capable of producing in compliance with the strictest standards set by the food industry; lastly, a sales office, always prompt in reporting the varied and individual requirements of our customers to the technical office.
Today JUCLAS can be considered a leader in its sector as many of its techniques presented on an industrial scale have already become standard use in wineries. These must include clarification in continuous mode by means of flotation, cross flow filtration, microoxygenation of musts and wines, tartaric stabilization of wines by means of ionic separation on membranes otherwise known as electrodialysis technique now extended to all kinds of wines, including doc and docg and a very wide range of cold biological stabilization systems which function by filtration on microporous membranes.
