At the 6th edition of the technical-scientific Forum that will be held at the Piacenza Fair from the 21st to the 23rd April 2009, Vason Group will begin by presenting its more innovative oneological applications.
We will introduce ourselves on Thursday the 23rd in Gutturnio room, together with the international partners with which we are proud to have the exclusivity with, with a sequence of three panels of one hour each, that will give the opportunity to get the most up-to-date knowledge as regards this very actual matter, as we can see from the following program:
Panel G10: Optimisation of the bio-technological processes for the oenology - 11.40 hour Optimisation of the rehydration procedure - Enologica Vason - Enrico Bocca Optimisation of white and red wines’ aromas: new knowledge about glycosidases - DSM - David Guerrand Management of the fermentative process: nitrogenous nutrition and yeast-bacterium interaction – University of Udine - Giuseppe Comi
Panel G11: Granting sterility inside the bottle - 12.40 hour Management of the filtration process - Millipore - Enrico Cicolari Rapid microbiological analysis: Bevistat and Milliflex Rapid - Millipore - Paolo Colombo New DMDC employment in wines - Université Bordeaux 2 - Alain Bertrand
Panel G12: Tartaric stability and innovations in membrane processes in oenology - 14.30 hour Preliminary trials for tartaric stabilization through CMC - Enologica Vason - Enrico D'Andrea Tartaric stabilization. The natural solution respectful of the environment: Claristar. The most recent studies - DSM - Donatella Petegolli Membrane processes in oenology – University of Verona - Roberto Ferrarini Applicative results of the employment of electrodialysis for the tartaric stabilization of wines - Juclas - Paolo Capra
As it can be seen each panel is divided in different interventions that, due to the participating companies’ contribution and Udine and Verona Universities’ availability, rely on the participation of researchers, professors and experts of the sector that systematically contribute to the research activities of the Group. The objective is to create the conditions to realize a complete overview on the topics, that, being discussed from different perspectives, may provide a clear and complete idea of the “Precision Oenology” concept characterizing Vason Group. The selected operational modalities and the will to coordinate, within a single day, all the companies with which it synergically cooperates, are once again the confirmation of how Vason Group, today, considers itself a real reference point to properly face the future challenges. |
