On the occasion of the first Pancyprian Wine Congress organized in Limassol from 6 to 8 November 2008, professor Roberto Ferrarini was invited to present the technique of wine tartaric stabilization through permeoselective membranes, that's to say the electrodialysis.

Inside the Hellenic area, Juclas has already supplied in January 2007 an innovative 1,500 litres/hr plant, which is still ensuring optimal results: that’s the reason for the great interest, by the Organization Committee, to deepen the knowledge of this technique, of which professor Roberto Ferrarini has been the scientific coordinator for Vason Group.
