The product Fitoproteina P and the alcohol removal equipment Mastermind ® Remove have been awarded the 2010 Intervitis Stuttgart Innovation Award.

After the award obtained in 2007 Stuttgart Intervitis with Proteotest, the test for the protein stability of wines performed according to oenological conditions, the committee has, for the second time, recognized the highly innovative content of the proposals submitted.

An international committee, made up of representatives from research and wine sector operators, has taken his decision after reviewing 65 applications received from 8 different countries: Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland and USA.

All the awarded innovations will be exhibited in the "innovation show" of the "IVIF-Innovationen" 2010 in room 7, through movies or posters that will be prepared by the students of the RheinMain / Campus Geisenheim college.
