The composition meets the requirement of working with elements CLASSIFIED AS ‘NON-HAZARDOUS’ to protect the healthiness of the working environment.
The formulations W (white) and R (red) are recommended respectively for streaming filtration of white and red wines (as well as vinegars and musts).
Formulation "Super" is employed for filtration of white, rosé, and red wines, that are already partly oxidized, and for the production of sparkling wines, to selectively remove the causes of phenolic instability and the excessive colour pigmentation. The products of CLARITO® FILTER line belong to WANAX® line, therefore they do not contain elements considered "food allergens", in compliance with the current regulations. Besides the raw materials don't derive from genetically modified organisms (i.e. they are GMO-free products).
