Albuclar® SG

Very pure and soluble microgranulated egg albumin

Albuclar® Special Grainis obtained with an innovative technique that leaves the characteristics of the initial product’s proteins unchanged, thus ensuring their effectiveness during oenological use and ready solubilisation in water. Its production is carried out in controlled microbiological conditions.

Generally egg albumins are difficult to disperse in water. Albuclar® Special Grain comes in a characteristic microgranulated form that allows for virtually instantaneous solubilisation.

Albuclar® Special Grain is particularly recommended for red wine clarifications, especially during the product’s final refinement phases in order to reduce the hints of tannicity and oxidised aroma.
