Alimentary gelatine desiccated with the “spray dry” system, ideal for treatment of strongly tannic wines.
Very pure, atomised and readily soluble in cold water, it produces perfectly clear solutions, free from gelling power. It is of “pigskin” origin. To be used for sensory purposes. Moderately clearing.
Ideal for the treatment of astringent tannin-wines.
It does not originate from genetically modified organisms (GMO-free) and is free from the risk of BSE.
