Premium® Gel Grado 3
Very pure alimentary gelatine with low surface electric charge and high detannification power.
It is obtained with a special hydrolysis process and desiccated with the “spray dry” system. Ideal for the treatment of wine with high tannin and “vegetable” content.
The raw materials used during the production of Premium® Gel Grado 3 are guaranteed not to originate from genetically modified organisms (GMO-free) and are free from the risk of BSE.
