The synergised action of the fine components of CLARITO® SP ensures specific adsorption of tannin-like and more oxidised phenolic substances. It involves a selective removal that follows the path of precise oenology for fine wines.
Due to its high specificity of action, Clarito® SP is used for improving the characteristics of oxidised white and rosé wines, limit the tannicity of young red wines, remove the sensation of oxidation and improve the colour tone of aged red wines.
Due to these characteristics, the product decants with the formation of a compact sediment.
