Fitoproteina P

Vegetable based-clarifying agent with a detannifying action specific for astringent tannins.

Fitoproteina P is the result of a careful selection process that has taken into consideration the numerous oenological characteristics of all vegetal proteins (including electric charge through a “Streaming Current Detector”): the distinctive feature of Fitoproteina P is its action at the sensory level, when removing the more astringent and roughest tannins in the form of tanno-protein compounds. Therefore, it is generally recommended during finishing clarifications of wines.

It respects the colour and improves the tonality of wines.
