V Starter Fruit is an extremely innovative activator of alcoholic fermentation. Regarded as “FOURTH GENERATION”, given that it has been formulated according to the latest nitrogen nutrition experiments aimed at keeping the production of unwanted metabolites under control (such as acetaldehyde and volatile acidity) and at optimising yeast metabolism in order to obtain clean fermentation and a full fruity, aromatic expression.

Its composition is the result of wide-ranging studies and applications, and is designed to be free from ammoniacal nitrogen sources while contributing to the large supplies of RAN

In order to obtain the best results, its use at inoculation is recommended.
