V Starter TF is regarded as a “FOURTH GENERATION” fermentation activator, given that it has been formulated according to the latest nitrogen nutrition experiments aimed at keeping the production of unwanted metabolites under control (such as acetaldehyde and volatile acidity) and at optimising yeast metabolism in order to obtain clean fermentation and full varietal aromatic expression, with distinct floral and very fresh fruity notes.

Intended for use at inoculation. Its special high RAN composition is designed to be free from ammoniacal nitrogen sources and capable of ensuring clean and regular fermentation, together with the enhancement of the varietal aromatic profile. Ideal for sparkling wines.
