Potassium Sorbate

Potassium sorbate is a product that is able to give biological stability to wine, due to its fungistatic effect. It is a valuable antiseptic that can be used in a variety of food products.
COMBO APPROACH®
In order to obtain an optimal preservative effect, it is recommended to combine a suitable aliquot of sulphur dioxide and suitable filtration with potassium sorbate.
