Araban® Spray Dry is obtained from selected raw materials derived from Acacia Verek.
The oenological properties of this gum are decidedly more interesting compared to those from other raw materials more easily available on the market. Effectively protects colouring substances from precipitation.
Araban® Super is alone in increasing the wine’s colloidal complexity while improving its sensory characteristics (roundness and smoothness on the palate).
Araban® Spray Dry facilitates and prolongs the action of the metatartaric acid Meta V® and of V CMC.
The use of Araban® Super after microfiltration is recommended using continuous dosing systems.
