Cold White Tan® S

Fresh mixture of ellagic and catechinic tannins in granular form.

Due to its composition, it is attractive for protecting the wine’s flagrance according to its typicality, since it is extremely fresh and delicate.

Suitable for use both in white and rosé wines from the start of the initial post-fermentation phases and subsequent phases, for example, redox protection and completion, in problematic wines or wines obtained from over-ripe grapes.

A special treatment called “instantising” makes Cold White Tan® SG readily soluble in water while respecting its valuable organoleptic qualities and its specific reactivity (SG Patent).
