Tuttifrutti® Red

Product obtained from an exclusive ellagic tannin stabilised with natural polysaccharides

This fine raw material has some unique characteristics: it is derived from an extremely gentle and selective extraction process, which maintains an exclusive ellagic quality. Tuttifrutti® Red is capable of managing redox in a way that protects the fruity varietal and fermentative notes of wines and preserves them over time.

Suitable during refinement as a stabiliser but also in preparatory operations before bottling of red and rosé wines. Less suitable for white wines.
