Highly reactive, gallic tannin extracted from selected vegetable raw materials
By being a gallic tannin it is highly reactive with proteins and thus carries out antioxidase protection. It has clarifying activity. It helps to maintain a body with greater depth, also in the case of grapes with compromised health status, interfering at an olfactory level in a limited way.
Due to these functions it is suited to use both on white and red wines, at different doses.
