Tuttifrutti® White SG

Granular product obtained from an exclusive balanced combination of gallic and condensed tannins, stabilised with natural polysaccharides to maintain varietal aromas.

Tuttifrutti® White SG is derived from a gentle and thorough extraction process, in order that attractive polyphenolic substances and polysaccharide preservatives are drawn into the solution, with organoleptic characteristics of low aggressiveness . The gallic matrix of the granule’s composition is distinguished by its antioxidant/antioxidase reactivity and by its limited tannicity on the palate.

It is used in the treatment of white and rosé wines from the initial preservation phases: the products keep their volume and are more resistant to oxidation, maintaining the fresh fruity varietal notes. It can also be used subsequently at lower doses until the final preparation phases before bottling. It has a clarifying action.

A special treatment called “instantising” makes Tuttifrutti® White SG readily soluble in water while respecting its valuable organoleptic qualities and specific reactivity (SG Patent).
