V Tan® L

Balanced mixture of several types of tannins with protective and colour-stabilising action. Structuring. A liquid product.

Easy-to-use and balanced at a sensory level due to the delicate balance of its various ellagic constituents, it is suitable in colour stabilisation and in the structuration of wines in the presence of moderate quantities of oxygen. It carries out these attractive actions without causing organoleptic imbalances in the future wine, given that catechinic tannins present in the constitution of V Tan® L are capable of developing it’s the wine’s fresh and fruity aromatic potential .

It has good reactivity towards protein compounds, therefore it has a reasonable clarifying action. Suitable for use in different phases of red wine vinification (pressing, racking...).


V Tan® L is suitable for joint use with micro-oxygenation.
