
VIW® SAFE
VIW® SAFE is a multifunctional preparation capable of providing microbiological stability to wine, thanks to the inhibitory effect of fumaric acid on lactic bacteria and the fungistatic effect of potassium sorbate, in synergy with sulfur dioxide. It also has an antioxidant action due to the presence of sulphur dioxide.
VIW® SAFE is indicated for preventing wine modifications caused by microbiological alterations.
Suitable for use in all oenological applications where containment of microbial proliferation is necessary. It should be noted that the unique synergy of action of its components allows for the attainment of the following objectives:
- prevention of yeast alterations in general
- prevention of alterations by bacteria in general,
- better preservation of the characteristics of the wines over time
VIW® SAFE is also indicated for the treatment of low-acidity wines.
