X-PLANT® RED

X-PLANT® RED is a groundbreaking research project by VASONGROUP aimed at improving the phenolic ripeness of grapes, ensuring greater crop integrity, mitigating the negative effects of climate change, and enhancing the territorial identity of wines.

The result of a trial programme involving more than 40 field tests carried out in different Italian and international wine-growing areas, under different soil and climate conditions and on both native and international grape varieties, X-PLANT® RED enables direct action in the vineyard to increase the quality potential of the final wine by addressing concrete problems caused by climate change, such as:

• Imbalance between technological ripeness and phenolic ripeness of the grapes
• Climate-related phytosanitary issues and qualitative deterioration of production
