X-PLANT® WHITE

X-PLANT® WHITE is a groundbreaking research project by VASONGROUP aimed at improving the aromatic ripeness of white grapes, ensuring greater crop integrity, mitigating the negative effects of climate change, and enhancing the territorial identity of wines.

The result of trials involving more than 40 field tests carried out in different Italian and international wine-growing areas, under different soil and climate conditions and on both native and international grape varieties, X-PLANT® WHITE makes it possible to act directly in the vineyard to increase the qualitative potential of the final wine by addressing concrete problems caused by climate change, such as:

• Imbalance between technological ripeness and the aromatic and phenolic ripeness of the grapes
• Climate-related phytosanitary issues
• Reduction of aroma precursors in the skins
• Accelerated loss of acidity
