Sluggish fermentation

Fermentation has started, but it is struggling to get off the ground and languishing, it is slow. To revitalise it you can add a dose of oxygen (Macrodue, Microdue® Plus...) and you can also intervene with simple nitrogen together with specific adsorbing elements (Fosfoactiv Premium®).

Another solution to be used in extreme cases: if there is not more than 9% ABV, use a second inoculation of Premium® Fructo carried out according to a specific sequential fermentation procedure.
